Super impressed with my evening at Bocana. All staff were very friendly, attentive, and provided an excellent service. The food is cooked right there in front of you and the kitchen was calm and running well. It's a family business ! And they work so well together, is wonderful to see. The food is, hands down, brilliant! The chef cooked my salmon as I'd requested and even came over to my table to check it was right for me. The quality of fish was clearly high and all the garnish and sides were presented well. I eat out alot and I really highly rate this place! I felt welcomed, well fed and in good surroundings -- and was pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived. Even the tables are well laid out! Toilet is impeccably clean. There is disabled access and I'm sure the hosts would accommodate all customers to their great restaurant.
We always go to Brighton and everywhere we go fish is deep fried and full of oil, this place was hands down the best grilled seafood i have had, family run business and so so welcoming and accommodating, everything we ate was tasty and the seafood sauce was just unreal even kids food was fresh and real not processed!! Simple cafe that serves outstanding seafood platter at an amazing price. The chef is the owner, attentive and welcoming (as well as great cook). Lovely waitress who couldn’t do enough. Highly recommended!
Delicious food, amazing and quick service and great outdoor seating. Our server Arnie was friendly and very sweet. We ordered the seafood platter and the oysters which were to die for! Will definitely visit again and highly recommend this restaurant for seafood lovers
